We provide each learner with both a Subject Tutor and a Lead Educator.
The Subject Tutor is responsible for expert teaching. They explain complex ideas, expose misconceptions, guide practice and
help the learner develop confidence through genuine understanding.
The Lead Educator serves as the student's Head of Progress. This professional creates the wider academic roadmap, monitors the
learner's trajectory, audits lessons and ensures that effort remains aligned with the intended outcome.
This division of responsibility addresses a common weakness in conventional tutoring. When one independent tutor is expected
to plan, teach, monitor, report and manage long-term strategy, the immediate lesson can understandably take priority. Wider
oversight may become inconsistent.
Under our model, teaching and academic management receive dedicated attention.
